Welcome!
This CSBC Weekly Update keeps you informed during the time we are not meeting together at the church property.
Continue to pray for one another during the “Stay In Place” time we are experiencing due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
While we are unable to meet together physically, our wonderful church staff and amazing volunteers have been working tirelessly to help provide ways for us all to stay connected together.
If you are a guest watching online and you live in Southwest Missouri, and you would like more info about CSBC, please text csbcHI to 31996 and we will get back to you very soon.
Baptism Sunday Afternoon In The Parking Lot
Baptism is the first step of obedience. We are excited that one of the men who has been saved during time of online services will be baptized this afternoon in the south parking lot by the Gillming Center at 4 p.m.
While this isn’t a service, it would be a great opportunity for you to pull into our parking lot to see this young man follow the Lord in believer’s baptism.
We are grateful to Race Brothers Farm and Home Supply, who loaned us a horse trough to use as an outdoor baptistry.
Making Plans For Meeting Together Again
We have begun hearing about the time we can come back together as a church family. Our staff is putting together contingency plans for the different scenarios that could be presented to us for meetings
We have maintained a clean and disinfected building each day. We will continue our cleaning protocols according to CDC standards. Please pray for the facilities team as they work diligently to be ready for us all.
The health and safety of everyone drives the preparation and maintenance of our facilities.

Serving The Lord By Serving Others
During this time, we are asking everyone to reach out to others in our church family to minister to those in need.
If you are willing to serve others in some capacity, on the phone or in person, we have a special place set up on our website where you can volunteer. Go to mycsbc.com and click on Able & Available.
A team of staff and “Able & Available” volunteers have worked to get CDs of our Sunday morning services to those who are not digitally connected. We appreciate them so much!
Thank You For Your Faithful Giving
We want to encourage everyone to be faithful with their tithes and offerings.
Ways you can give:
Through the website at mycsbc.com
On the Realm Connect app
Through the mail – our offering envelopes are postage paid – meaning you can drop your offering in the mail without a stamp. If you would like us to send you envelopes to use during this season, just call the church office and we will be happy to put them in the mail to you asap.
Thank you so much for your faithfulness in giving to the Lord, especially during this difficult time.
