We Are Coming Back Together

We are excited to announce that Cherry Street Baptist Church will be meeting together in person for our Morning Worship Service this coming Sunday at 10:30 in our church auditorium. As we return we want everyone to be mindful of the following:

  • Online Adult Bible Study/Sunday School classes will start 15 minutes earlier, at 9:15 and concluding at 9:55. This will provide a window of time for travel to our church property.
  • If you are hesitant to return to in-person church services, we understand. We will continue to live stream our services.
  • If you are experiencing fever, persistent cough or other symptoms, please continue to watch the services from your home until you are better.
  • We are asking everyone to maintain social distancing guidelines while at church.
  • We are asking everyone to follow foot-traffic directional signage in our church buildings to minimize risk.
  • Our facilities have been and will continue to be disinfected daily.
  • We will have nurseries and junior churches available. Trained volunteers will be using methods derived from the Springfield-Greene County Health Department and the Centers for Disease Control. (Click Here To Read)
  • To allow for additional space in the auditorium, a youth service will be held in the Gillming Center (gymnasium).

We remain committed to the health and safety of our church family and guests. As local government directives evolve we will continue to adjust and update our schedule and procedures. We are thankful for the opportunity to gather again.
