Welcome to Phase 2

We are thankful that our county has moved to Phase 2 on the “Road to Recovery” in the pandemic. We will still maintain our same high level of hospital-grade disinfection processes between all services. Phase 2 means that capacity restrictions have been lifted, but the county mask ordinance remains in effect. As a result, we will no longer be blocking off rows in the auditorium. It is up to each one to maintain distancing. Please be considerate of others as you space yourselves in classes and during Worship Services. Thank you for your continued support of the measures we are taking to keep everyone safe.

Family Service Series Continues Sunday Evenings

Our Family Service last Sunday evening launched a new series on the Fruits of the Spirit to encourage and equip us to live our lives with the reality of God’s presence. For fun, we have given it a baseball theme. These Family Services include videos, games and activities for kids and adults. Don’t miss a week!

“Primetimers Is The Place To Be…”

That title is the first line of the theme song for our Seniors group that will begin to meet every other Tuesday once again beginning April 27 at 10:30(?) a.m. If you are available and over 55 (give or take) come out on Tuesday for an exciting meeting with Pastor Bill Levergood and the whole gang!

Ministry Expo Coming May 15-16

We are excited about the Ministry Expo coming May 15-16 for anyone currently serving or interested in serving the Lord through the ministries of CSBC. Please make special arrangements to be a part of the Saturday morning breakfast sessions between 8:30 – 11 a.m.

Our special guest on Saturday and Sunday will be our dear friend, Lewis McClendon.

Thank You For Your Faithful Giving

We want to encourage everyone to be faithful with their tithes and offerings.

You can give:

We have offering boxes in the back of the auditorium and on the walls in the lobby

Through the website at mycsbc.com

On the Realm Connect app

Through the mail – our offering envelopes are postage paid – meaning you can drop your offering in the mail without a stamp. If you would like us to send you envelopes to use during this season, just call the church office and we will be happy to put them in the mail to you asap.

Thank you so much for your faithfulness in giving to the Lord, especially during this difficult time.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR MEETING IN PERSON

We take the safety and health of our CSBC family and guests very seriously. Our buildings are disinfected to CDC standards every day (including Sundays between morning and evening services).

If you are hesitant to return to in-person church services, we understand. We will continue to live stream our services.

If you are experiencing fever, persistent cough or other symptoms, please continue to watch the services from your home until you are better.

We are asking everyone to follow the city masking requirements.

Continue to pray for one another and extend grace to one another during this time.

If you have not been receiving emails from the church, we don’t have your current email address. Send an email address to Info@mycsbc.com  Please be sure to include your first and last name. We will send a link to the Realm Connect app as well.
