Welcome To CSBC On Sunday, May 15, 2022

Welcome to Cherry Street Baptist Church. We are thankful you have chosen to worship with us this morning. God has a wonderful plan for your life. It is our desire to help you enter into a personal relationship with Christ, and to help you to take the next steps He has planned for your Christian life. If you haven’t already done so, join us in studying God’s Word during Sunday School Bible studies each Sunday morning at 9:30. We systematically study through the Bible, applying God’s truth into our 21st century lives. If you are a guest with us today, we want to welcome you to our church family. Please let us know you are here by filling out our digital guest card. We pray that God will bless you today!

We Are Proud Of Our Grads

We are so proud of so many of our 2022 graduates. Today we are recognizing these grads. We are thankful for so many of these young people who have been serving faithfully at CSBC during their high school or college years. Let’s pray for God’s direction in and blessings on all of their lives.
Send Off Service For the Wilsons Tonight

We are praising the Lord for His provision and sustenance as Levi, Chelsea and little Lincoln completed their deputation, raising their financial and prayer support to serve as missionaries in South Sudan. They will leave to begin their journey to Africa this coming Thursday. We will be hearing from the Wilsons in the Family Service this evening at 6:00. After the service, there will be a time of fellowship with refreshments in their honor.
Camp Garage Sale This Week

To help children and teens go to camp this summer, our annual garage sale will be held this coming Thursday afternoon through Saturday. If you have any items you would like to donate, please contact the church office during business hours before Wednesday and set up a time to drop them off. Thanks in advance for helping us get these young people to this life-changing week!
Christ’s Return: Living With The End In Mind

The Wednesday Next Step class (that meets in the chapel) is currently in a study titled Christ’s Return: Living With The End In Mind. There are also two foundational classes available, Foundations of the Christian Life (Step One) and Foundations of Christian Service (Step Two). Join us this Wednesday at 6:30 p.m.
CSBC Night At The Cardinals

It’s always a good time when our church family goes for a time of fellowship at Hammons Field enjoying a Springfield Cardinals game. Tickets (which includes a Cardinals baseball hat) are $9 and are on sale in the lobby after the services this morning.
Memorial Day Picnic

Mark your calendar for Sunday afternoon, May 29 at 4:30 p.m. Instead of our evening service, we will be going to Phelps Grove Park for a picnic together. Bring your own picnic dinner and the church will provide the drinks and dessert.

You can give:
By using dropping your offering envelopes into the offering boxes in the back of the auditorium and on the walls in the lobby
Through the website at mycsbc.com
On the Realm Connect app
Through the mail – our offering envelopes are postage paid – meaning you can drop your offering in the mail without a stamp. If you would like us to send you envelopes to use during this season, just call the church office and we will be happy to put them in the mail to you asap.
Thank you so much for your faithfulness in giving to the Lord
Realm Connect – Our Church App

Our Realm Connect App allows us to send out announcements electronically as needed, rather than waiting for Sunday to publish them in the bulletin. The Connect App also allows you to be faithful with your giving. Realm Connect allows us to do many things more efficiently and effectively, like managing events, group attendance and communications and so much more! If you don’t have the Realm Connect app, send an email to Info@mycsbc.com We will send a link to the Realm Connect app.
