Celebrate America

Monday we celebrate our nation’s 246th birthday. Sunday we honor and celebrate the freedoms we enjoy! Sunday we will sing patriotic music and offer prayers of thanksgiving for God’s blessings on our country. We hope you enjoy the breakfast at 9 a.m. What a great opportunity to enjoy good food and fellowship together!

Schedule Changes This week

There will be no Family Service Sunday night, but will resume next Sunday evening. There will be no GROW outreach on Monday, but we will have GROW at our regular time at 10 a.m. on Thursday and Saturday morning.

Youth Camp Coming In Next Week

One week from tomorrow, beginning Monday, July 11, our young people will be heading to youth camp. Spiritually speaking, this is the most impactful week of the year for those heading into 6th grade to those just graduating from high school. Cost for camp is $180. If you would like to provide a scholarship for teens to go to camp, just add it to your regular giving and note the amount for “Camp Scholarship.” Please be praying for our teens and counselors. Vacation Bible School Coming July 25-29

Our kids and teens are in for a treat for VBS this year! “Destination Dig” is our archeology theme for the week. There will be music, games, Bible lessons, snacks and loads of fun for the kids each morning. The teens will continue into the afternoons with exciting activities as well. Surf’s Up For Kids

Our summer Wednesday night kids program called “Beati-dudes!” continues through the summer months. Preschool children up through 5th graders will enjoy loads of fun, games and Bible lessons from Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount, all built around a beach theme.

Youth & Adult Teacher Training Saturday, July 16

Youth & Adult Teacher Training coming Saturday, July 16, 8:30-1:30, lunch provided. Lewis McClendon will be our teacher and coach. Make plans to be at this important training event.
