Join Us On Sunday, November 11, 2022

Family Day at CSBC is the beginning of the holiday week, so we want to say, “Happy Thanksgiving!” We hope you will join the services of Cherry Street Baptist Church on Sunday. If you are a guest, we hope that you will choose to worship with us. We have prayed that you would join us. We have also prayed that you will be encouraged, and your life will be changed! If you are a guest with us, please let us know you are here by filling out our digital guest card. We pray that God will bless you this weekend!

Family Day Is Today

We are anticipating being joined together with our church family Sunday morning. We have many wonderful things for you. First, we trust you will be engaged with the Word of God in Bible study during the Sunday School hour. In the Worship Service, we will be blessed by our music ministry and our musical guests. We will come back after lunch for a brief afternoon service to close out the day.
Welcome Soul’d Out

We are thankful to have Soul’d Out back to help us celebrate the blessings of the Lord today. Matt, Jason and Phil will present God’s love in a very special way through their music. One of their latest songs says, “He Said I Could Come” is the message every one of us needs to hear today.
Stay For Thanksgiving Dinner and More From Soul’d Out

After the Morning Worship Service, please join us in the Gillming Center (through the KidSpot entrance) for a delicious Thanksgiving dinner. People often will say, “We didn’t bring anything, so we better not stay.” Please don’t let that stop you! We prepared plenty enough for you and your family, too. Stay and enjoy the food and fellowship. After the meal, we will come back to the auditorium for a mini-concert in place of our Sunday evening Family Service to conclude our day!
Discovery Class Begins December 4

This class is a three-week introduction to Cherry Street Baptist Church. We want you to catch a vision of what God intends to do through us in making a positive impact in our world for Jesus Christ, and how you can have a part in it! If you would like to be a part of the class, please text “discovery” to 417.889.1999 or by clicking the link below
Christmas Offering For Kitchen Remodel and Driven Ministry

Last Sunday evening we announced the projects for this year’s Christmas Offering. Our main kitchen has provided meals for many, many years and has needed attention for more than a decade. We will be replacing cabinets, countertops, ceiling, lighting, windows – a total makeover. We also need to provide a new bus for our Driven Ministry to continue to safely and comfortably bring people to our church who could not otherwise be under the ministry of God’s Word and the love of God’s people. Our goal for the Christmas offering is $40,000. You can add to your offerings online at mycsbc.com, give through the Connect app, or on your offering envelop by marking the amount as “Christmas.”
