Welcome to CSBC

There’s a place for you here! Every Sunday brings new faces and cherished friends, each adding their own spark to our church family. Whether you’re returning or stepping in for the first time, we’re genuinely grateful to share this morning with you. Our prayer is that you’ll find more than a service here – you’ll discover a community where faith comes alive, friendships deepen, and God’s love transforms hearts. Please let us know you are here by filling out our digital guest card. We pray that God will bless you this weekend!

Welcome Paul & Dianne Monroe

We are blessed to welcome the Monroes back to Cherry Street. Paul retired from pastoring Capitol City Baptist Church in Columbia, South Carolina. Since that time, God is using them in churches across the country. We are blessed to have them preaching for us all day today, as well as our Seniors’ Conference the next two days.

Seniors Conference Begins Monday

Join us Monday and Tuesday as Brother Monroe teaches us from God’s Word how to “Make the Rest of Your Years the Best of Your Years.” Each morning begins at 10:00 with two dynamic sessions, followed by warm fellowship over lunch. Why not multiply the blessing by inviting a friend to join you? This could be the very event that brings new purpose and joy to someone you know. Register this Sunday for this life-changing opportunity, and make these two special mornings a steppingstone to an even more meaningful season of life!

Time is Running Out! Men’s Beast Feast This Weekend!

Join us THIS Friday and Saturday (Jan 31 – Feb 1) for the “Wild Beast Feast & Life Skills Retreat” at Friendship Baptist Church in Owasso. Don’t miss hearing Dr. David Gibbs Jr. of the Christian Law Association as he shows men how to be “Forged in the Fire”. This powerful combination of Biblical teaching, outstanding food, and transformational fellowship will strengthen your walk with Christ. Final registrations are being taken now at the Info Hub in our lobby or online. Men, seize this moment to strengthen your walk with Christ – just hours remain to secure your spot for this transformative weekend!

Experience “Football Sunday” on February 9

Join us Super Bowl weekend for ‘Football Sunday 2025’ – where NFL stars share how faith changed their game plan for life. Love football? Bring a friend and discover what drives these athletes beyond the end zone. It could be a game-changer!

Don’t Miss “The Go-To Verses of Jesus”

Next Sunday evening, February 2, join as we begin ‘The Go-To Verses of Jesus’ – an inspiring journey through Scripture that reveals not only the passages Jesus Himself turned to most often, but helps you discover your own spiritual anchors in God’s Word! Watch as the Master Teacher shows us how to find strength, wisdom, and hope in Scripture’s pages. Each message brings ancient truths to life for every generation, from children to grandparents. Young ones can participate through special Lemonade Stand activities that make Scripture memorable and personal, while adults will gain fresh insights into how Jesus used Scripture and how to develop their own collection of go-to verses. Experience the wonder of seeing familiar Bible verses through Jesus’s eyes, and build your own treasury of passages that speak to your heart. Make Sunday evenings a time of family discovery as we learn from Jesus’ example and grow in our love for God’s Word.
