You’ll be inspired by moving video testimonies from NFL players who share how Jesus Christ transformed their lives both on and off the field. This is more than just a themed service – it’s an opportunity to invite friends and family who might not usually attend church to experience God’s love in a unique and welcoming atmosphere. Special invitation cards are available at the welcome desk to help you extend a personal invitation to someone in your life. Don’t miss this chance to be part of something extraordinary! Come dressed in your favorite team colors and bring a guest to share in this meaningful celebration. Together, we’ll discover that God can use even our favorite sports to draw people closer to Him!

Don’t Miss “The Go-To Verses of Jesus”

Our Sunday Night Family Services in January set the table for a new series we are calling “The Go-To Verses of Jesus.” This will be an inspiring journey through Scripture that reveals not only the passages Jesus Himself turned to most often, but will help you discover your own “go-to verses” – spiritual anchors for your life in God’s Word! Each message will bring Bible truth to life for every generation. Experience the wonder of seeing familiar Bible verses through Jesus’s eyes and build your own treasury of passages that speak to your heart. Make Sunday evenings a time of family discovery as we learn from Jesus’s example and grow in our love for God’s Word.

Annual Business Meeting and Officer Nominations

Our Annual Business Meeting will be held on Wednesday evening, February 19, at 6:30 pm. We will celebrate the goodness of God on our church in 2024, and vote on our budget and new church officers for this year. Nomination forms are available in the lobby through next Wednesday evening.

GriefShare Begins March 6

The pain of losing a loved one can feel overwhelming, leaving you with a deep wound. GriefShare offers a safe and supportive community within our church where you can find comfort and begin the healing process. Through insightful videos featuring grief experts, open and honest group discussions, and personal reflection time, you’ll learn healthy and constructive ways to cope with your grief. GriefShare provides a roadmap through the complex emotions of loss, offering practical strategies and helping you find hope for the future. Join us on Thursday, March 6 at 6 pm and take the first step toward healing. You don’t have to walk this difficult journey alone.

The Info Hub

The Info Hub online provides our church family a centralized place to find information about any event, activity or ministry here at CSBC. To help you stay better informed, the Info Hub can function as an app on your smartphone’s home screen. To find instructions for both iPhones and Android phones, go to the Info Hub at mycsbc.com/info and choose “Our Apps.” Help is available at the Info Hub in the lobby.

For Android phones, follow these steps:

1) Open Chrome; 2) Navigate to mycsbc.com/info; 3) Tap the menu icon (the 3 dots in upper right-hand corner); 4) Tap “Add to Home screen”; 5) Change the name to “CSBC Info Hub” and choose “add” and it will appear on your home.

For iPhones, follow these steps:

1) Open Safari; 2) enter mycsbc.com/info and tap “Go”; 3) Tap the “Share” button on the bottom of the page (square box with up arrow); 4) scroll down until you see “Add to Home Screen” and tap on it; 5) The Add to Home Screen dialog box will appear; edit it to say “CSBC Info Hub”; 6) Confirm it, and click Add. Safari will close automatically, and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPhone’s or iPad’s home screen.

Through the mail – our offering envelopes are postage paid – meaning you can drop your offering in the mail without a stamp. If you would like us to send you envelopes to use during this season, just call the church office and we will be happy to put them in the mail to you asap.

Our Realm Connect App allows us to send out announcements electronically as needed, rather than waiting for Sunday to publish them in the bulletin. The Connect App also allows you to be faithful with your giving. Realm Connect allows us to do many things more efficiently and effectively, like managing events, group attendance and communications and so much more!
