Welcome to CSBC!

Welcome to Cherry Street Baptist Church! What a joy to gather as a church family on this beautiful Mother’s Day. God’s faithfulness continues to be evident as we see lives being changed and hearts drawing closer to Him each week. Whether you’re joining us for the first time or have been part of our church family for years, we pray today’s service will strengthen your faith and encourage your spirit. As we open God’s Word together, lift our voices in worship, and enjoy the blessing of fellowship, may you sense the Lord’s presence in a special way. Thank you for being here as we honor mothers and, most importantly, honor our Lord Jesus Christ together. Please let us know you are here by filling out our digital guest card. We pray that God will bless you this weekend!

Honoring Women of Cherry Street Baptist Church

Today we celebrate and honor the women who bless our church family in countless ways. We recognize the faithful mothers among us who nurture, pray for, and guide their children in the ways of the Lord. We also want to acknowledge and appreciate every woman in our congregation—single, married, with or without children—who demonstrates Christ’s love through teaching, serving, mentoring, and caring for others. Each of you reflects God’s heart in unique and valuable ways. As a token of our gratitude for your faithful service and godly influence, we have a special gift for all the women of our church today. Your presence and ministry here at Cherry Street are truly a blessing to us all.

“Bee Full”: Ladies Evening – A Beautiful Success!

What a blessing to see our largest attendance in decades at Friday’s “Bee Full: A Mother-Daughter Evening”! Hearts were warmed through conversation, delicious food, and activities that strengthened these precious relationships. The devotional reminded us how the Lord fills our lives with His joy, hope, faith, and kindness. Special thanks to our dedicated volunteer team who made this evening possible. We praise God for this sweet time of connection and for the opportunity to share His love with one another and with our guests!

Pre-Memorial Day Service – Wednesday, May 21

On Wednesday, May 21, our Discipled Veterans Ministry hosts a pre-Memorial Day service at 6:30 PM in the sanctuary. We’ll present handcrafted “Quilts of Valor” to deserving veterans from our church and community, representing our gratitude for their service. Veterans will share faith testimonies afterward. Please invite family, friends, and veterans to join this patriotic evening honoring those who defended our freedoms. Your presence will encourage these heroes.
