Welcome to CSBC!

Welcome to Cherry Street Baptist Church! What an exciting week we have ahead as we launch our “Agents of ASK” Vacation Bible School today! God has been preparing hearts and hands for this special ministry, and we’re grateful you’re here to be part of it. Whether you’re joining us for regular worship or you’ve come specifically because of VBS, we’re thankful for your presence today. Our prayer is that this week will be filled with God’s blessings as children discover His love and families connect with our church. As we gather to worship the Lord and prepare for the days ahead, may His Spirit work powerfully in each heart and draw us all closer to Him. “Agents of ASK” VBS Week is Here!

Our kids are getting things started in Sunday School and Junior Church this morning! Then, everyone join us tonight at 6:00 PM for our Family Service VBS kickoff, then continue the adventure Monday through Wednesday at 6:30 PM each evening!

  • Special Guest: We’re thrilled to welcome Kelsey Wilson from Cool Kids Ministries in Houston, Texas! Children will be captivated by her gospel illusions and activities while learning Biblical truths that will last a lifetime.
  • Family Dinners: Make VBS week easier with convenient dinners Monday-Wednesday from 5:30-6:15 PM for just $3 per person. Sign up at the Info Hub or let us know how many to expect from your family!
  • Volunteers: Pick up your t-shirts at the Info Hub this morning and be in your place tonight at 5:30!

Fathers & Sons Seafood Boil – June 14th!

Don’t miss this special opportunity for dads and sons to connect! Join us Saturday, June 14th from 4:00-6:00 PM at the CSBC Pavilion for an afternoon of great food, fun games, and fellowship. We’re preparing a delicious seafood boil that’s sure to satisfy, plus activities designed to build memories and a meaningful challenge from God’s Word. This is more than just a meal – it’s a chance to strengthen the bond between fathers and sons while enjoying time with other families from our church. Tickets are required and available now through the Info Hub online or in the lobby.

This exciting 3-day summer camp will feature field trips, local heroes, crafts, games, and fun activities designed just for young explorers. The Info Hub

The Info Hub online provides our church family a centralized place to find information about any event, activity or ministry here at CSBC. To help you stay better informed, the Info Hub can function as an app on your smartphone’s home screen. To find instructions for both iPhones and Android phones, go to the Info Hub at mycsbc.com/info and choose “Our Apps.” Help is available at the Info Hub in the lobby.

For Android phones, follow these steps:

1) Open Chrome; 2) Navigate to mycsbc.com/info; 3) Tap the menu icon (the 3 dots in upper right-hand corner); 4) Tap “Add to Home screen”; 5) Change the name to “CSBC Info Hub” and choose “add” and it will appear on your home.

For iPhones, follow these steps:

1) Open Safari; 2) enter mycsbc.com/info and tap “Go”; 3) Tap the “Share” button on the bottom of the page (square box with up arrow); 4) scroll down until you see “Add to Home Screen” and tap on it; 5) The Add to Home Screen dialog box will appear; edit it to say “CSBC Info Hub”; 6) Confirm it, and click Add. Safari will close automatically, and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPhone’s or iPad’s home screen.

Through the mail – our offering envelopes are postage paid – meaning you can drop your offering in the mail without a stamp. If you would like us to send you envelopes to use during this season, just call the church office and we will be happy to put them in the mail to you asap.

Our Realm Connect App allows us to send out announcements electronically as needed, rather than waiting for Sunday to publish them in the bulletin. The Connect App also allows you to be faithful with your giving. Realm Connect allows us to do many things more efficiently and effectively, like managing events, group attendance and communications and so much more!
