Welcome to CSBC!

Welcome to Cherry Street Baptist Church! We’re delighted you’ve chosen to worship with us this Sunday morning. God has blessed us with another opportunity to come together as His people, and we don’t take that privilege lightly. Whether you’re a faithful member of our church family or you’re joining us for the first time, we pray that today’s service will draw you closer to the Lord. As we sing, pray, and study God’s Word together, may His Spirit fill this place and speak to each heart. We believe God has something special in store for us today, and we’re grateful you’re here to be part of it. Welcome to our church family! Please let us know you are here by filling out our digital guest card. We pray that God will bless you this weekend!
-Pastor Dennis Jennings
Welcome Back Lewis and Karen McClendon!

It is always a blessing to our church family when Lewis and Karen McClendon are able to come back to minister at CSBC. God used them in our church family when they lived here in Springfield, and every time they return the Lord uses them to be a blessing and encouragement to us. We’re especially grateful they could be with us today while Pastor and Jana are away spending some well-deserved time on vacation. If you know Lewis and Karen, welcome them back home. If you don’t, you are in for a treat as Lewis preaches for us today.
Summer Sunday Nights at the Pavillion

Summer Sunday Nights at the Pavilion are coming, and we can’t wait! Beginning July 27, we’re taking our Sunday evening Family Service outside for four weeks. Each evening promises something deliciously cool to help us beat the heat while we gather for fellowship and faith. We’ll kick off July 27th with juicy watermelon, cool down August 3rd with snow cones, savor August 10th with homemade summer pies, and finish strong August 17th with ice cream sundaes. These relaxed outdoor services create the perfect atmosphere to invite neighbors and friends who might enjoy a more casual worship experience. Don’t forget your lawn chairs! It’s fellowship, faith, and summer treats all rolled into one special evening each week!
