Welcome to CSBC!

Welcome to Cherry Street Baptist Church! Every Sunday brings new opportunities to grow in our faith and connect with one another and today is no exception. Whether you’ve been part of our church family for years or this is your very first visit, we’re genuinely thankful you’re here. As we gather to worship our Lord, open His Word, and encourage each other, we trust that God will speak to hearts and strengthen our walk with Him. There’s joy in coming together as believers, knowing that we can support one another through every season of life. We pray that today’s service will refresh your spirit and remind you of God’s faithful love. We’re blessed to have you worship with us! Please let us know you are here by filling out our digital guest card. We pray that God will bless you this weekend!

Celebrating our Amazing Volunteers

What a blessing it is to see so many hands and hearts at work in our church family! From our playground makeover where the grass is growing beautifully and equipment will be reinstalled soon, to faithful nursery volunteers serving every Sunday, to those who made VBS such a success in reaching families—volunteers are making a real difference. Whether it’s providing meals, helping with children’s ministries, or filling countless other needs, there’s always someone stepping up to serve. This spirit of willing service reflects Christ’s heart, and we’re so grateful! If you’d like to join this amazing team of servants, click the link below. There’s a place for everyone to make a difference!

Tonight: Summer Sunday Nights at the Pavillion Begins!

Tonight we launch our four-week Summer Sunday Nights @ The Pavilion! There’s something incredibly special about gathering under God’s open sky to worship Him together. As the evening breeze carries our songs of praise and we’re surrounded by His beautiful creation, we’ll be reminded of how good our God truly is. Tonight we’ll start with fresh, juicy watermelon to cool us down, and each week brings new treats—snow cones, homemade pies, and ice cream sundaes. But more than the refreshments, these evenings offer a perfect opportunity to slow down, connect with each other, and focus on what matters most. Bring your lawn chairs, invite a friend who might enjoy this relaxed setting, and join us for worship that feels like a sweet summer gift from the Lord. Let’s celebrate faith and fellowship under the summer sky!

Sunday School: Growing Together in God’s Word

Sunday School remains the heart of our discipleship ministry at CSBC, and there’s a reason it’s been that way for generations—regular Bible study truly makes a difference in our spiritual growth! When we consistently dive into God’s Word together, we discover truths that transform how we live, love, and serve. Our classes provide more than just Bible knowledge; they offer community, prayer support, and practical application for daily life. Whether you’re new to faith or have walked with the Lord for years, there’s a class where you’ll find encouragement and challenge. Join us at 9:30 AM and experience the joy of learning God’s Word alongside fellow believers who are committed to growing together!
