Welcome to Cherry Street Baptist Church! We’re so glad you’ve joined us for worship today. There’s nothing quite like the fellowship of believers gathering in the Lord’s house, and your presence makes our church family complete. Whether Cherry Street has been your spiritual home for decades or God has led you through our doors for the very first time, we trust He has something special for you today. God Used You This Week – Thank You!

We’re grateful for how our church family welcomed the Baptist Church Ministry Network leaders last week. Guest after guest expressed appreciation for your kindness and hospitality, which created an atmosphere where God could powerfully equip and encourage His servants. Whether you cooked, served, cleaned, hosted, greeted, or helped in countless other ways—your willing service made an eternal difference. The sessions blessed many ministry leaders who left refreshed and better equipped for their work. Thank you for demonstrating the love of Christ through your servant hearts!

Faith Promise Commitments

Praise God for over $261,000 committed in our first wave of Faith Promise Missions Commitments! We’re thrilled that at least 11 people made their very first Faith Promise commitment to support CSBC’s missionary endeavors. If you haven’t turned in your commitment yet, please drop it in the offering box today. For those who made commitments, let’s heed Paul’s encouragement: “Now therefore perform the doing of it; that as there was a readiness to will, so there may be a performance also out of that which ye have” (2 Corinthians 8:11). Your faithful giving sends the Gospel worldwide!

Sent Team Ministry – Organizational Meeting Today

Dozens have already signed up to be part of a “Sent Team”—a ministry of prayer, care, and encouragement for the missionaries sent from Cherry Street to share the Gospel around the world. Join us in the Chapel after this morning’s service to learn how you can provide ongoing prayer support, encouragement through cards and notes, and practical help when families are home on furlough. No special skills needed—just a heart willing to bless those who’ve answered God’s call. Today’s meeting will be brief and include information, sign-ups, and team assignments. Together we can let our missionaries know they’re loved and remembered!

Trunk Or Treat – Friday, October 31

Get ready for an incredible Gospel opportunity! Trunk or Treat is just weeks away, and we’re almost there—just need a few more decorated vehicles to reach our goal! Thanks to your generosity, we’ve got a great start on candy, but keep it coming—drop your donations in the box in the lobby. Grab flyers from the Info Hub today and invite every family you know—neighbors, coworkers, and/or friends from school. This isn’t just a fun night; it’s our chance to show Christ’s love to kids, parents, and grandparents who might never step through our doors otherwise. Imagine the eternal impact as families experience genuine Christian hospitality and hear about Jesus! Let’s pray boldly and work together to make this our biggest outreach yet!

The Info Hub

The Info Hub online provides our church family a centralized place to find information about any event, activity or ministry here at CSBC. To help you stay better informed, the Info Hub can function as an app on your smartphone’s home screen. To find instructions for both iPhones and Android phones, go to the Info Hub at mycsbc.com/info and choose “Our Apps.” Help is available at the Info Hub in the lobby.

For Android phones, follow these steps:

1) Open Chrome; 2) Navigate to mycsbc.com/info; 3) Tap the menu icon (the 3 dots in upper right-hand corner); 4) Tap “Add to Home screen”; 5) Change the name to “CSBC Info Hub” and choose “add” and it will appear on your home.

For iPhones, follow these steps:

1) Open Safari; 2) enter mycsbc.com/info and tap “Go”; 3) Tap the “Share” button on the bottom of the page (square box with up arrow); 4) scroll down until you see “Add to Home Screen” and tap on it; 5) The Add to Home Screen dialog box will appear; edit it to say “CSBC Info Hub”; 6) Confirm it, and click Add. Safari will close automatically, and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPhone’s or iPad’s home screen.

Through the mail – our offering envelopes are postage paid – meaning you can drop your offering in the mail without a stamp. If you would like us to send you envelopes to use during this season, just call the church office and we will be happy to put them in the mail to you asap.

Our Realm Connect App allows us to send out announcements electronically as needed, rather than waiting for Sunday to publish them in the bulletin.
