Welcome to CSBC!

Welcome to Cherry Street Baptist Church! We’re grateful God has brought you here today. Whether you’re a regular part of our church family or joining us for the first time, we believe your presence is no accident—the Lord has a purpose for you being here. As we gather on this beautiful November day, we’re reminded of God’s abundant blessings and His faithfulness through every season of life. This is a special time to reflect on all He’s done and to come together as His people in worship and thanksgiving. Our prayer is that today’s worship will draw you closer to Christ, that His Word will speak to your heart, and that you’ll sense His love through the fellowship of believers around you. Thank you for worshiping with us! Please let us know you are here by filling out our digital guest card. We pray that God will bless you this weekend!

Week 3 of Harvest Time: Finishing Strong!

We’re in week three of our four-week Harvest Time emphasis, and the harvest is growing! Jesus said, “the fields…are white already to harvest” (John 4:35) – and we’re seeing God at work as our Prayer Tree fills with invitation apples representing those who’ve said “yes” to your invitations! With just one week remaining until Harvest Day on November 23, we’re asking everyone to continue making three simple commitments: Be Faithful (attend Sunday School all four Sundays), Reach Out (adopt someone who’s been drifting in prayer and reconnect with them), and Invite (bring someone to worship and especially to Harvest Day on Nov 23). Keep watching our Prayer Tree transform as leaves appear for those participating in all three commitments, and more apples are added! The momentum is building, let’s finish strong and gather the harvest together!
Harvest Day One Week Away!

One week to go! Harvest Day arrives this Sunday, November 23, and we’re ready for our biggest celebration of the year. The Noble family will be blessing us with special music, and then we’ll gather around tables for our Thanksgiving feast. Here’s how the meal works: Cherry Street provides the turkey, and every family brings enough sides and desserts for yourselves plus another family. Balance is key—we need everything from green beans to rolls to pies to make a complete Thanksgiving spread! This is the perfect Sunday to fill your car with people who need to experience God’s family. Grab invitation cards from the Info Hub, pray about who to invite, and let’s pack the house next week. It’s going to be a day to remember!
Growing Together Midweek

Our three Wednesday Bible Studies are thriving! Even if you haven’t joined us yet, this Wednesday is a perfect time to start—these groups are welcoming and you can catch up easily. “First Steps: Foundations of the Christian Life” meets in the Chapel and offers solid spiritual grounding for new believers and anyone wanting to strengthen their faith foundation. Men, “Nehemiah: Standing Firm in the Face of Opposition” gathers in the Four Corners Room for a powerful study on courage and perseverance in challenging times. Ladies, “James: Growing Up in Christ” meets in the Choir Room for practical wisdom on living out your faith daily. Each study provides a chance to grow deeper in God’s Word alongside other believers. Don’t let another week pass by—join us this Wednesday evening!
Interested in Israel?

Have you ever dreamed of walking where Jesus walked? We’re hosting an Israel Trip Interest Meeting this Sunday immediately following the morning service in the Chapel. Whether you’ve been to Israel before or this would be your first journey to the Holy Land, come hear about the incredible opportunity to experience the places you’ve read about in Scripture. We’ll share details about the itinerary, dates, costs, and answer all your questions. There’s no commitment required—just come explore the possibility of this life-changing trip.
