Welcome to CSBC!

What a joy to gather together this Sunday, February 8th—Super Bowl Sunday! We know the big game is just hours away, and we’re so glad you chose to start your day here with us. Whether you’re excited about the big game or couldn’t care less about football, you’re welcome here! We believe the best way to kick off any Sunday—even Super Bowl Sunday—is by worshiping the Lord together. Our prayer is that more than kickoff and commercials, God’s presence would be the highlight of your day. While championships come and go, His love and faithfulness never change. It’s Football Sunday!

Today is Football Sunday! We will hear powerful video testimonies from NFL players about their faith in Christ and the difference He makes in their lives both on and off the field. Following the morning service, join us for a Tailgate Party at the Pavilion with food and fellowship. Please note: there will be no Family Service this evening, giving everyone time to enjoy the big game. We’re so glad you’re here !

Annual Business Meeting

Our Annual Business Meeting is this Wednesday, February 11. This meeting gives our church family the opportunity to celebrate God’s work among us, approve a budget, and choose officers for the coming year. Please plan to attend this important gathering.

Prime Timers on Tuesday

Prime Timers, join us for our “Be Mine, Prime Timer” luncheon this Tuesday, February 10 at 10:30am! Enjoy great food, fellowship, and discover what it truly means to know God’s unfailing love. Whether you’re surrounded by loved ones or walking through a lonely season, you are deeply loved by your Heavenly Father. Bring a friend!

Spring Training for Sunday School Teachers and Workers

Calling all Sunday School teachers and Care Group leaders—it’s time to get back in the game! Mark your calendars for Sunday, February 22 at 4:53 PM for our Spring Training meeting. We’re gathering the team to prepare for the weeks ahead, set our lineup for Easter season, and strengthen our ministry to our church family. Your leadership matters, and we can’t wait to huddle up with you. Let’s step up to the plate together!

CSBC Youth Parent Meeting

Parents of youth students, please join us for an important meeting on Sunday, February 15 immediately following the morning worship service in the chapel. We’ll be sharing essential information about upcoming camp dates and fundraising opportunities to help offset costs. This is a brief but crucial meeting to ensure your student doesn’t miss out on these exciting ministry opportunities. See you there!

Missions Trips

Please be in prayer for our missions team heading to the UK at the end of February through early March. Pray for safe travels, open hearts, and divine appointments as they serve and share the Gospel. Looking ahead, we have an incredible opportunity to serve in Kenya July 22-31, and there are still spots available! If God is stirring your heart about this trip, join us for an informational meeting on Sunday, February 15, after the evening Family Service. Whether you go or stay, your prayers are vital to the success of these missions efforts!

The Info Hub

The Info Hub online provides our church family a centralized place to find information about any event, activity or ministry here at CSBC. To help you stay better informed, the Info Hub can function as an app on your smartphone’s home screen. To find instructions for both iPhones and Android phones, go to the Info Hub at mycsbc.com/info and choose “Our Apps.” Help is available at the Info Hub in the lobby.

For Android phones, follow these steps:

1) Open Chrome; 2) Navigate to mycsbc.com/info; 3) Tap the menu icon (the 3 dots in upper right-hand corner); 4) Tap “Add to Home screen”; 5) Change the name to “CSBC Info Hub” and choose “add” and it will appear on your home.

For iPhones, follow these steps:

1) Open Safari; 2) enter mycsbc.com/info and tap “Go”; 3) Tap the “Share” button on the bottom of the page (square box with up arrow); 4) scroll down until you see “Add to Home Screen” and tap on it; 5) The Add to Home Screen dialog box will appear; edit it to say “CSBC Info Hub”; 6) Confirm it, and click Add. Safari will close automatically, and you will be taken to where the icon is located on your iPhone’s or iPad’s home screen.

Through the mail – our offering envelopes are postage paid – meaning you can drop your offering in the mail without a stamp. If you would like us to send you envelopes to use during this season, just call the church office and we will be happy to put them in the mail to you asap.

Realm Connect – Our Church App

Our Realm Connect App allows us to send out announcements electronically as needed, rather than waiting for Sunday to publish them in the bulletin. The Connect App also allows you to be faithful with your giving. Realm Connect allows us to do many things more efficiently and effectively, like managing events, group attendance and communications and so much more!
