Digital Bulletin 4-26-2026
Welcome to CSBC!

We are so glad you are here today! It is a joy to gather together as a church family and open God’s Word, lift our voices in worship, and encourage one another in the faith. If you are visiting with us for the first time, we want you to know that you are not here by accident — we believe God has brought you here today, and we are honored to have you. Our prayer is that you will sense His presence, hear His voice, and leave today strengthened and encouraged for the week ahead. “This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it” (Psalm 118:24). Welcome home! Please let us know you are here by filling out our digital guest card. We pray that God will bless you this weekend!
-Pastor Dennis Jennings
Our Guest Speaker – Major Stephen Jimenez

We are honored to welcome one of our own today! Major Stephen Jimenez serves as an Army Chaplain with the 15th Signal Brigade at Fort Gordon, Georgia — proof that the mission field takes many forms. Sent from CSBC, Major Jimenez carries the Gospel into one of the most strategic and overlooked mission fields in the world — the United States Military. He is a man of character, conviction, and genuine love for the Lord and the soldiers he serves alongside every day. We are proud of him, grateful for his service to both country and King, and blessed to have him here. Please give Major Jimenez a warm Cherry Street welcome!
Ladies Brunch This Week

If you are a mom or a daughter, join us this Saturday, May 2 at 10AM for our Ladies Brunch! We know Mother’s Day stirs up many emotions, and our prayer is that this morning brings refreshment to every lady who walks through the door. Speaker Stephanie Ricard, a pastor’s wife from Warrensburg, MO, will be sharing on the theme “When Life Gives You Lemons, Jesus Makes Lemonade!” Tickets are $6.00 per person, $3.00 for children 12 and under. Purchase through Realm Connect or at the Info Hub — don’t wait!
Mother’s Day in Two Weeks

Mother’s Day is just two weeks away, and we are planning a special Sunday! We want every lady in our church family — moms, grandmothers, and all the women who pour so much into the lives of those around them — to feel truly honored on May 10th. It is also the perfect Sunday to invite a friend, neighbor, or family member who needs to be in church. Make your plans now and let’s make Mother’s Day 2026 a day to remember at CSBC!
Kidz Storm VBS – Out of this World!

Five weeks and counting! Kidz Storm Vacation Bible School — May 31 through June 3 — is shaping up to be an incredible week, and we want every kid in the picture! This year’s theme takes children on a journey through some of the most amazing moments in Scripture — real accounts of real people who discovered when God shows up, nothing is impossible. Start inviting your neighbors, friends, and classmates now. Registration details are coming soon — keep your eyes open and get ready for liftoff!
All Hands on Deck – VBS Needs You!

Kidz Storm VBS is going to be out of this world — and we need an out-of-this-world team to make it happen! If you have a passion for kids and want to play a part in a week that could change a child’s life forever, don’t miss our Leaders’ Interest Meeting tonight after the evening service. This is your moment to say yes — we’d love to have you on the team!
Youth Camp – June 15-19

Teens, listen up! Youth Camp at Camp Chautauqua in Ohio is coming June 15-19, and we are trusting God for a week that makes a real difference in the lives of our young people. To help make camp accessible for everyone, we will be hosting a Fundraiser Garage Sale May 28-30! We are accepting donations to stock the sale — but please hold onto them until the week of May 11 before bringing them in. Start digging through those closets and see Andy Young or Jakob Lynn with any questions!
