Welcome to CSBC!

Welcome to Cherry Street Baptist Church! We’re glad you’re here today, whether you’ve been part of this church family for years or you’re joining us for the very first time. God is doing good things among us, and we believe He brought you here today for a reason. Our hope is that you’ll sense His presence in worship, find encouragement in His Word, and feel the genuine warmth of Christian fellowship all around you. As we gather together, may today be a reminder that you’re loved, valued, and never alone. We’re honored to have you with us today. Please let us know you are here by filling out our digital guest card. We pray that God will bless you this weekend!

Welcome Larry & Tammy Allred

We are excited to welcome back Larry and Tammy Allred, longtime missionaries to Merida, in Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula! For many years, CSBC has partnered with the Allreds as they’ve faithfully shared the Gospel and planted churches across the region. God continues to use them in remarkable ways to win souls and establish new churches for His glory. Larry will be sharing with us both this morning and again tonight in our Family Service. Come hear firsthand how God is working in Merida, and join us in celebrating this faithful partnership in reaching the lost for Christ.

Teacher Training This Saturday

Mark your calendar for an important teacher training this Saturday morning, July 18, from 8:45-11:15 AM! We’re excited to welcome back Lewis and Karen McLendon, former members of Cherry Street who have been a blessing for many years, speaking and training leaders and missionaries here and around the world. This training will offer separate tracks for those who teach adults, teens, and children, giving each group practical tools and encouragement for their specific ministry. Whether you’ve taught for years or are simply curious about getting involved, this is a great opportunity to grow in your gifts. Come be equipped for the work God has called you to!

Nations in Prophecy: Wednesday Nights

Our special Wednesday evening series explores what the Bible says about nations still making headlines today. Scripture reveals that God is sovereign over the rise and fall of nations, and many countries we read about in the news are named specifically in Bible prophecy. As the Psalmist declared, “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD” (Psalm 33:12). This series will build toward a focused study on Iran, in the news every day, and Iran’s place in the Bible, taught by Ray Adams. Come see how Scripture speaks directly into today’s world events.

Emerald Crossing – Adventure Awaits in Ireland!

Kids in preschool–5th grade, join us every Wednesday at 6:30 PM as we journey through the Emerald Isle, exploring the story of David and Psalm 23 to discover the Good Shepherd who leads, protects, and provides. Grab their passport and bring them along!
