Digital Bulletin 8-18-2024
Welcome to CSBC
What a joy to witness the miracle of salvation week after week! God’s amazing grace continues to transform lives, and we’re grateful to be part of this wonderful work. We’re especially thrilled to welcome so many new faces to our church this summer. If this is your first time with us, we’re so glad you’re here! Please fill out a communication card during the service. We’d love to get to know you better and help you feel at home. To our regular attendees, let’s make sure to give our guests a warm welcome! Whether you’re a long-time member or a first-time visitor, thank you for joining us in worship today. We’re blessed by your presence and look forward to praising God together. Please let us know you are here by filling out our digital guest card. We pray that God will bless you this weekend!

Adams Family Send-Off
Tonight in our 6:00 Family Service we will be sending off Kevin and Stacey Adams, and their girls, Adrian, Addison, Avery, and Ashlee, to begin their missionary endeavors in the country of Wales. Come out this evening to support and encourage this wonderful family as they leave this week.
Back To School Town Hall Wednesday, August 21
Every Christian parent has the God-given responsibility to raise their children in the discipline and instruction of the Lord. Today, there are many who want access to our children to give them a worldview contrary to the teaching of God’s Word. On Wednesday evening, August 21, we will be sharing with parents and grandparents information to help protect your children from spiritual and moral influences that are contrary to God’s Word.
Truth Trackers and CSBC Readers Begins August 28
Registration begins this week for our Wednesday children’s program, Truth Trackers. For some time we have been transitioning our Wednesday CSBC Kids ministry to Truth Trackers, a children’s discipleship curriculum like Awana, that is focused on Bible memorization and a greater emphasis on understanding and application of the verses the kids are learning. Truth Trackers begins Wednesday evening, August 28. More information will be provided at the Back To School Town Hall on Wednesday evening. Also, we will once again offer CSBC Readers (formerly Awana Readers) to help boys and girls improve their reading skills. For both Truth Trackers and Readers, you can register on the Events section of the Realm Connect App, the Info Hub online, or at the Info Hub in the lobby.
Next Prime Timers Meeting
If you are 55 or older join us on Tuesday, August 27, for our Prime Timers Luncheon at Golden Corral on South Glenstone. Buffet is $12, and must be paid to the church through your registration. You can register and pay on the Events section of the Realm Connect App, the Info Hub online, or at the Info Hub in the lobby.
The Info Hub
The Info Hub online provides our church family a centralized place to find information about any event, activity or ministry here at CSBC. To help you stay better informed, the Info Hub can function as an app on your smartphone’s home screen. To find instructions for both iPhones and Android phones, go to the Info Hub at mycsbc.com/info and choose “Our Apps.” Help is available at the Info Hub in the lobby.
For Android phones, follow these steps:
1) Open Chrome; 2) Navigate to mycsbc.com/info; 3) Tap the menu icon (the 3 dots in upper right-hand corner); 4) Tap “Add to Home screen”; 5) Change the name to “CSBC Info Hub” and choose “add” and it will appear on your home.
For iPhones, follow these steps:
1) Open Safari; 2) enter mycsbc.com/info and tap “Go”; 3) Tap the “Share” button on the bottom of the page (square box with up arrow); 4) scroll down until you see “Add to Home Screen” and tap on it; 5) The Add to Home Screen dialog box will appear; edit it to say “CSBC Info Hub”; 6) Confirm it, and click Add.
